I am trying to get information regarding applying for a Travel grant. My son Tilyn has TUBB4A gene mutation and the Chop center would like for us to come out of this rare disorder. I am a single mother with low income and my son was recently diagnosed. No one is prepared for this, but I definitely am not in the position to pay for travel.
Can you please help me apply for the travel grant?
