Hello, my neighbor Colton is in a wheelchair since birth due to a congenital disorder. He is now in high school and wants to compete in track with children without disabilities. He needs a wheelchair that her can move with his hands. He is the first student at West Springfield high School who has been allowed to compete in a wheelchair.
He currently uses a wheelchair that friends have created for him, but it is not the correct size or shape.
