I have a 24 year old (this June) son who has been struggling to find a job. He has developmental disabilities. ADHD mostly. He graduated from high school (2019) and Fitchburg State with a degree in business (2024), but can mostly only do non-desk hands-on jobs with structured routines. With his difficulties expressing himself, he struggles in interviews. But he is really hardworking and disciplined!
I’d appreciate any help!
